PIX Brazil
Ardeco was given the critical responsibility of establishing a connection between a new financial institution and "PIX," which is a real-time payment platform owned by the Central Bank of Brazil. This intricate task involved a comprehensive approach to integrations, encompassing the implementation of a wide array of rigorous testing procedures, stringent security controls, and stringent certifications. These measures were essential to ensure the smooth and secure exchange of data between disparate systems, enabling seamless communication and facilitating fast and reliable payment processing.

Drex Pilot
We were engaged to assist one of our banking clients in participating in a pilot program established by the Banco Central de Brazil. This initiative is primarily focused on the development and implementation of the new Digital Real, referred to as Drex. The Digital Real, or Drex, is the Central Bank's virtual currency and represents the Brazilian iteration of the "Central Bank Digital Currency" (CBDC). The primary objective of the Digital Real is to enhance business opportunities and promote financial inclusion by fostering a digital economy.
The pilot program is designed to conduct simulated tests specifically pertaining to the purchase and sale of government securities in both the primary and secondary markets. These tests are intended to evaluate the operational aspects of the infrastructure and the confidentiality of Drex (Digital Real) transactions, as well as the tokenized (digitized) deposits, which will serve as the virtual currency held by banking institutions.

Public Transportation Payment Evolution
Our team is currently immersed in the exciting task of executing innovative plans for a client, with the goal of transforming the payment methods for the Brazilian public transportation system. The client has entrusted us with the pivotal role of implementing a cutting-edge QR code system. This system will empower customers to effortlessly make PIX payments for their public transportation tickets. This comprehensive project involves intricately integrating backup systems, core ledgers, and hardware infrastructure to ensure swift execution and operational reliability. Our primary objective is to optimize the payment process during peak hours, ultimately enhancing customer experience and facilitating seamless interaction with the existing infrastructure.

Mobile
Our team was entrusted with the challenging task of conceptualizing and creating a cutting-edge user experience (UX) interface for both iOS and Android platforms. This involved conducting in-depth research into user behavior and preferences to ensure that the interface would be intuitive and user-friendly. Additionally, we were responsible for establishing seamless front-end connections, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices to ensure optimal performance and responsiveness.
In terms of API integrations, our work encompassed implementing a comprehensive array of APIs to enable smooth communication and data exchange between different components of the system. We meticulously designed and developed these integrations to ensure that the user experience would be enhanced by the seamless flow of information and functionalities.
Moreover, our responsibilities extended to developing solutions for third-party integrations, requiring us to collaborate closely with external partners and vendors to integrate their services in a way that would seamlessly complement our interface and provide users with a cohesive and integrated experience across various platforms and services.
